I have gained my compliance experience in a dynamic and internationally diverse environment, focusing on both Dutch and European legislation. Combined with my social science background, this ensures that I have a holistic or pragmatic approach. I am open to ideas that are slightly ‘out of the box’ and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems.

Creating understanding and awareness within an organisation is often the key to an effective compliance approach. My expertise therefore lies mainly in compliance risk assessments, conflicts of interest, overseeing remediation projects, compliance reporting and coordinating a ‘training and education cycle’. These issues identify the integrity risks within an organisation and then provide the building blocks for a ‘pathway’ to mitigation.
