Start Smart Programme

Start Smart Programme

Type:

(In-Company) Classroom

Duration:

7 days (over 2 years)

Level:

Foundation

Language:

English & Dutch

The Start Smart programme will kickstart your career. In only two years you will learn people skills that might otherwise take you ten years to master.

Course objectives

You’ll start your track with a weekend get-away with your peers. Being away from the day-to-day will allow you to really let the knowledge sink in, while also giving you time to reflect and build deep connections. After the Start Smart Weekend, look forward to sharpening your Time Management skills.

At the end of the two years, we go out with a bang. During the Innovation Hackathon, you’ll get to put all the skills you’ve learned into practice. Combine your training package with coaching by our ICF certified coaches to enable you to further apply your learnings. Or opt for a combination with our industry-leading content training. If you are interested in receiving an offer for a bespoke learning journey, reach out to us.
