Following a series of mergers and acquisitions, Projective—founded by CEO Stefan Dierckx in 2006—evolved into Projective Group. To centralise the expertise of all entities, Projective Group created the Projective Group Academy. “Initially, the Academy was an internal endeavour to centralise and consolidate all these different trainings and traineeships for our own employees. It soon became clear that these trainings are also an added value for our customers,” says Leslie Hemmerechts, Academy Lead at Projective Group.

Practice what you teach
Another thing that sets Projective Group Academy apart from other training providers, is the hands-on experience of its trainers. Gijs van Lieshout, who manages the creation of all training content, says: “Our experts aren’t just proficient at the theory, they are consultants who have been in the trenches. They speak from experience, not just theoretical knowledge. This practical approach also means that we can tailor our examples and exercises to the reality and challenges of each specific customer.”

Flexible training options
Projective Group Academy has a public and an in-company component, meaning that you can both book a seat in a public training at a Projective Group training location, or you can book a whole training for your company alone. These can be both standard or bespoke training courses. Everything is possible. Public trainings start as early as September.
