This workshop is a day well spent on building the team spirit among your team members. By better knowing your team’s own communication preferences and recognizing their behaviour, people are better able to interact with others. This improved communication among team members positively impacts team spirit and cohesion. Insights Discovery helps team members to get to know themselves and each other. In this workshop, we explain the basics of the Insights concept followed by both individual and group exercises. This helps the participants discover their preferred Insights colors and what that means for them and for the people around them.

Course outline

  • We set the scene by showing the importance of good communication in a team.
  • The theory of the Insights colours is explained through various interactive exercises.
  • Attendees demonstrate to their colleagues which personality traits are linked to each color.
  • People receive their own individual Insights report, helping them understand their communication preferences and behaviour.
  • They can share with each other what their own communication style is and how others should ideally adapt their communication style when talking to them.
